It operates across three divisions — asset management, permanent capital, and technology — and is the parent of RIV Technologies FZE, a Dubai virtual-asset advisory firm holding Virtual Asset Service Provider licence VL/26/03/002 from the UAE Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) for Advisory Services. Its asset management arm manages the RIV Capital SICAV-RAIF, a Luxembourg reserved alternative investment fund, and the RIV Capital Algo Fund, a BVI approved hedge fund. Entity disambiguation. This site describes RIV Capital, the Luxembourg investment holding group led by Roberto Rivera. It is a different and unrelated organisation from each of the following, which share the "RIV" name:
